ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
In 2004 the MPA board established term limits for its members. A board member may serve three consecutive two year terms. After being off the board for one year, the board member may serve again. At the November 2005 Annual Meeting, the members approved bylaws changes to allow the number of directors to be any number between 7 and 11, and to allow one or more directors to be elected at any Membership Meeting, not just the Annual Meeting.
